Did you light the star in your mommy’s eye

Every time she looked at the sky?


Did we wait and wait for you to arrive

Long before you were even alive?


Did we cradle you close and hold you near

Whispering Welcome in your little ear?

Holy Timolee! What’s all that noise?

Little Miss Moo has found her voice.

Goodness Gracious! She’s making me giggle,

Little Miss Moo can squirm and wiggle.


Believe it or not, I’m telling the truth

Little Miss Moo has cut her first tooth.

Brava! Brava! Give her a hand!

Little Miss Moo is able to stand.
